For this last week of May our subject was rescued. Any photo representing the word rescued would fit the bill. The description also mentioned the pets rescuing you, which I think is so true. More times than I can count my dogs have been there for me to rescue me from sadness, loneliness and boredom. It is totally possible they were sent to rescue Tim and I instead of the other way around. I was a little bit sorry I said I would photograph different dogs for a month as I think my rescued dogs are some of the cutest around (I’m not biased), but to be true to my word I looked to Weim Rescue for a rescued dog to photograph.
Meet Bojangles, or you can call him Bo for short. He is an older Weimaraner who has been with Weim Rescue since last summer looking for his forever home. In the mean time he has gotten to stay with a great foster family in Franklin, TN and they have nothing but good things to say about him. He is a sweet boy who gets along with his foster dog and kid siblings. He is non-destructive and housebroken. Bo is just an older guy looking for the perfect family to spend his golden years with. If he sounds like the dog you have been looking for check out his entire profile here.
You can check out more Weims that need forever homes right here! Now head east and check out some more rescued pets (or people) starting with North Carolina Pet Photographer, Steph Skardal.
